Content Management Service account (CMS)

UW uses an enterprise-wide website content management system (CMS) which makes it easy for site authors to create, maintain and manage websites using various template design assets. These web directories are managed with Omni CMS.

Google Workspace for Education Plus Access Request

UW researchers whose cloud storage needs exceed the restrictions of other available options (more than 1 TB total, or files larger than 10 GB) can request for their UW account to be given access to Google Workspace for Education. When Google Drive is accessed using a Google Workspace account, the maximum storage is based on Need.

Zoom Large Meeting Request

University of Wyoming Zoom accounts currently have a meeting capacity of 300.  If your meeting requires more than 300 participants, you may request the use of one of UW’s three Large Meeting Room License.  These licenses are only granted to users for use with one meeting at a time.

Zoom Webinar Request

University of Wyoming Zoom account currently has one Webinar 500 seat license and one Webinar 100 seat license available to University Zoom users.
