Review Year-End Documents (W-2)

This guide will cover:

• How to access the electronic version of your W-2.
• You must elect your preference of online (electronic) W-2 delivery preference from the Payroll Document Delivery Preference page before Payroll issues W-2s to have a digital copy.

Step One

Upon logging into WyoCloud from WyoWeb, navigate to My Profile using the Navigator bar in the upper left corner.

• Click on My Profile to expand, then click on Pay.

• The Pay page will appear. Select Year-End Documents.

• On the Year-End Documents page you will find a link to download your W-2.  Payroll must complete the W-2 process before a given year’s W-2 is available on this page.
• By clicking the link below any given year, you can download a PDF version of your W-2.  You can then personally print this PDF version if desired.
• By default, this page will display the last three years of W-2s (once you have three years of W-2s produced in HCM).  To view previous years, use the drop-down at the top of the page.

You have completed the steps to access your online W-2.
