Introduction
The University of Wyoming participates in the Microsoft Student Advantage program. This program provides free access to the full versions of Microsoft Office to enrolled students. Office can be installed for free on up to 5 computers through your Office 365 account. Instructions on how to install the software can be found at:

This is available for faculty, staff, and students. This is not available for special accounts.
The install of Office is tied to your University of Wyoming, username@uwyo.edu, email account. You must log into Office 365 at least once every 30 days so Office can verify that you are still eligible. If ineligible, the Office installs you performed under the account will become read-only, so you will not be able to edit files with them. If you install Office as a student, your copy of Office is only good so long as you are an enrolled student.
Procedure
If you experience problems with downloading or using Office through your Office 365 account, please click "Request Help" and provide as much detail as you can. If you are getting an error message please include that.
