If you do not see the features outlined in this guide, your WyoCloud HCM Basic Access Training is most likely incomplete. This training is available within WyoCloud HCM under My Profile > Learning > Required Training.

Step One

Personal Information Application                         

  • After logging in to WyoCloud HCM, click on the Navigation Menu designated by the 3-horizontal lines in the upper left-hand corner.

  • Click on the arrow next to the My Profile module.

  • Click on the Personal Information application.

Step Two

Contact Information Tile

  • Once in the Personal Information application, click on the Contact Info tile.

  • In the Contact Info tile, you can review and update the Communication and Address sections.  

Step Three

Communications

  • In the Communication section, you can update both your phone and email addresses.
    • Primary communication information is noted with a blue checkmark.
  • Click on the pencil icon on the right-hand side to make the appropriate updates.
  • You can also click on +Add to include supplemental phone and email addresses if necessary.

In WyoCloud HCM, it is imperative that your UW or Campus email remains the Primary email address on record. Please do not use the Primary setting for an email address other than your UW or Campus email.

If you are a benefited employee, you will notice that your UW or Campus phone is designated as your Primary phone number. Please do not change this Primary setting for a phone number other than your UW or Campus phone.

  • Enter the updated communication information using the drop-down menus and calendar icons where appropriate.  
    • Please note that only the fields with a star are required.
  • Click on Submit when you have finished.

Step Four

Addresses

  • In the Address section, you can update your home and mailing addresses.
    • Please abbreviate all street labels, do not use punctuation, and list apartment/unit numbers in Address Line 1.
    • For example:
      • West = W
      • Drive = Dr
      • Apartment #112 = Apt 112
      • 100 West Gold Street, Apartment # 204 = 100 W Gold St Apt 204
  • Please see the USPS Postal Addressing Standards webpage if you need assistance with official mailing abbreviations.
    • Primary communication information is noted with a blue checkmark.
  • UW Human Resources/Payroll uses your Primary address to mail paper documents, if requested, including paychecks.
  • Click on the pencil icon on the right-hand side to make the appropriate updates.
  • You can also click on +Add to include supplemental addresses if necessary.

In WyoCloud HCM, if you are a non-benefited employee your Resident Tax Address is 1000 E University Ave, Laramie, WY 82071, which is the main physical address for UW. Please do not change your Resident Tax Address to another address, such as your home or mailing address.

If you are a benefited employee, you will notice that your Work Address is your physical office location on campus. If you have recently moved offices, your Work Address can be updated to your current UW location by clicking on the appropriate pencil icon.  

  • Enter the updated address information using the drop-down menus and calendar icons where appropriate. 
    • Please note that only the fields with a star are required.
  • Click on Submit when you have finished.
