Athletics Department Performance Evaluations - Coach

This guide details steps using WyoCloud HCM Employee Access.

The steps in this guide apply when an Athletics Department coach acknowledges and provides final feedback for their annual performance evaluation.

Step One

My Profile Navigation

  • After logging in to WyoCloud HCM, click on the My Profile module tab in the top taskbar.
  • Click on the Career and Performance application.

Step Two

Performance Application

  • Once in the Career and Performance application, click on Performance.

  • After you have clicked on Performance, the Performance page will populate.
  • Ensure you have selected the current annual review period in the Review Period field.
  • The Performance page will show all performance documents for the selected period.
  • Click on the current Coaches Evaluation.

Step Three

Overall Evaluation Summary

  • After clicking on the current Coaches Evaluation, the Acknowledges & Provides Final Feedback page will populate.
  • Please ensure Employee is listed as the one providing final feedback at the top of the page.
  • Your name will be listed second.
  • In the Overall Summary section, the Manager Rating is your supervisor's score for your overall performance.
  • Review any Manager Comments.

Step Four

Professional Competencies

  • To review professional competencies, click on View on the right-hand side of the category under the Evaluation Topics section.

  • After clicking on View, the Evaluation Topics page will populate.
  • Please ensure the correct topic category is listed at the top of the page.
  • Your name will be listed second.
  • Within each Evaluation Topic, professional competencies will be listed.
  • Review your scores and Manager Comments for each competency.

  • The page will only show the first few competencies.
  • Click on Load More Items or Show Additional Info to load further competencies and content.

  • After reviewing your scores and Manager Comments for each competency, click on the arrow in the upper left-hand corner to return to the previous page.

Step Five

Employee Acknowledges & Provides Final Feedback

  • After clicking on the arrow, the Acknowledges & Provides Final Feedback page will populate.
  • Please ensure Employee is listed as the one providing final feedback at the top of the page.
  • Your name will be listed second.
  • In the Information section, click on Continue.

  • After clicking on Continue, a Comments field will populate.
  • Include any notes you would like shared with your supervisor in the section.

  • When finished, click on Submit in the upper right-hand corner.

Step Six

Supervisor Provides Final Feedback & Submits Document

  • After clicking on Submit, the main Performance page will populate.
  • Ensure you have selected the current annual review period in the Review Period field.
  • The Performance page will show all performance documents for the selected period.
  • Track the status of performance documents by following the task list under the evaluation.

  • After you have acknowledged and provided final performance feedback, the next task listed is the Supervisor Provides Final Feedback & Submits Document.

 

 

This completes the steps for an Athletics Department coach to acknowledge and provide final feedback for their annual performance evaluation.
