Enabling Email Forwarding in Outlook

Forwarding email sent to an Office 365 mailbox 

1. Go to outlook.com and click the sign in option. Enter your UW email address and you will be redirected to the University of Wyoming single-sign-on portal. Log in using your University of Wyoming credentials. 

 

2. Once logged in click the ⚙️ Settings gear (top right)

 

3. Click Mail > Forwarding > and toggle the option to enable mail forwarding.

4. Make sure to select the option to "keep a copy of forwarded messages" to keep a copy in your original account.

5. Once your preferred options are selected click save
