If you do not see the features outlined in this guide, your WyoCloud HCM Basic Access Training is most likely incomplete. This training is available within WyoCloud HCM under My Profile > Learning > Required Training.
Although not mandatory, the University of Wyoming encourages all employees to use this guide to self-identify their race, ethnicity, gender identity, personal pronouns, disability, and veteran status.
In WyoCloud HCM, you cannot update your Last or First Name. However, you can provide the Human Resources Department with legal documentation that verifies any necessary changes, such as a new Social Security Card. Please email records@uwyo.edu for further instructions.
