Information Technology provides assistance when users are experiencing problems with using email services. If you are having problems with your email account, please try these steps below. If you are still experiencing problems, please click "Request Help."
- Your email address is username@uwyo.edu and your password will be UW password
- If you're email is not downloading in Microsoft Outlook Application, please try going to https://uwmail.uwyo.edu/, sign in using your username and password.
- Should it appear that you are not updating, please try closing Outlook completely and reopening the program.
Microsoft Outlook is the recommended email program for university faculty and staff and students using Windows. Instructions for installing Outlook, as part of Office Professional are available here:
