I want to request a Camtasia license.

Introduction

Camtasia is a very robust screen capture/video editing solution, but there are others available to UW faculty.

• Currently all faculty have access to VidGrid, which integrates directly with WyoCourses, allows you to screen capture, embed comments and quizzes into videos, do minor editing, and captioning.
• Everyone has a Zoom license, which also allows you to record lecture and screen content.

If you need something more, there are a limited number of Camtasia licenses available.

Procedure

If you would like to request Camtasia, please click "Request Camtasia."  Granting access to this software is a manual process, so it will not happen instantly.  You will get a response to your request with installation information once your access has been set up.
