Set up automatic replies for email only account (OWA)


If you have two different mailboxes and one is a email only account (if you don't know if it is, give Help Desk a call and we can find out for you) you can set up automatic replies through the Outlook Web Application. 


1. Log into the OWA and select your profile picture. Click Open another mailbox.


2. In the new window, enter the email you would like to set up Automatic replies. It may show up automatically. 


3. Click on the gear once again and select Automatic Replies.


4.Set up the parameters for you automatic reply and click OK.
