Collaborator
A non-Search Committee Member who might require access to the job requisition.
Decentralized Human Resources Representative (DHR) - optional
DHR that oversees the Area of Responsibility (AOR) where the new position resides, who might require access to the job requisition and/or review offer information for the selected candidate.
Hiring Manager Assistant
Appointed by the Hiring Manager (new position’s supervisor) to assist with tasks in the Oracle Recruiting Center (ORC).
If you are not the Hiring Manager (new position’s supervisor), you must add yourself as the Hiring Manager Assistant to access the job requisition after saving.
Recruiter Assistant
Not applicable.
Search Chair
Search Committee Manager, if different from the Hiring Manager.
Search Committee
Search Committee Member who will require access to review job applications, select candidates for interviews, and decide on the final hire.
Search Equity Advisor
UW Workflow Approver
Search Committee Member, if different from the Search Chair, who might require access to the job requisition and/or review offer information for the selected candidate.
If this Collaborator Type is not selected, HR Recruiting will assign it accordingly.
