Procedure
Please Request Activation on the right-hand side. To find out whether you should request a Cisco or Nortel Phone Activation form please pull up the UW Building PDF and find which section (Nortel or Cisco) your building is under. If you have a question on which form to fill out please call 766-4357 Option 3.
Please keep in mind when looking at the Building PDF that the following buildings are Cisco GIG phones:
EIC Building #87
Enzi Stem Building #130
Fine Arts(Remodeled section) Building #78
Gateway Building #127
Half Acre Gym Building #22
Other Cisco Buildings will be NONGIG
