Introduction
WyoCast is the recording and streaming service Information Technology provides to the UWyo campus.
Available to
Any University of Wyoming faculty or staff may make a request to schedule a WyoCast recording.
Procedure
To initiate a Wyocast request for an event, click “Request Wyocast” and fill out the necessary information. We need at least a 1 week advance notice to make sure that we have staff and equipment available for the event.
Cost
The cost of the event is based on the amount of time needed to setup, record, and then tear down.
One-week advance notice is required to reserve the system and personnel. CTS requires a one-hour room access time prior to the event start time for setup and a 30-minute room access time after the event is over to take down equipment. CTS is not responsible for arranging pre and post-time availability.
