Qualtrics has a default limit of 500 Weekly Allowed Outgoing Emails, This limit is per account not per survey and includes all emails generated by Qualtrics; including survey invitations, reminders, general emails (such as forwarding incoming survey results to UW email address) and thank you emails.
If requested increase exceed the Qualtrics brand limit (500,000) then we will need to get Qualtrics approval which can take up to a week and will require additional information about the survey being sent.
