Student information system problems or questions

Introduction

If you have a general question or are experiencing an issue with a student information system, this service will allow you to submit a support ticket.  A student information system could include WyoRecords, DegreeWorks, or Banner Administrative pages.

Question could include:

  • Functionality questions
  • Patches or updates issued by the vendor
  • Interest in a new module or functionality supplied by the vendor
  • Requirements for data feeds with or between other application

Benefits:

  • No need to call your problem into the Service Center or Help Desk
  • No need to call a specific developer or email several people
  • Your support requests will go to the entire team of developers that support the Banner Administrative system, WyoRecords, DegreeWorks, and others
  • The ability for you to add all important details to the ticket and monitor its progress
