Introduction
If you have a general question or are experiencing an issue with a student information system, this service will allow you to submit a support ticket. A student information system could include WyoRecords, DegreeWorks, or Banner Administrative pages.
Question could include:
- Functionality questions
- Patches or updates issued by the vendor
- Interest in a new module or functionality supplied by the vendor
- Requirements for data feeds with or between other application
