Budget Change Request

If there are charges on your Telecom Statement that need to be changed to a different Budget, please select "Request Service" to the right.  

Please keep in mind, in order for changes to be made and reflected on the next months statement, requests need to be received 5 days before the 1st of the month following the charges.

Example: If April (01-MAY Bill Date) charges were processed and you need changes done by the JUN-01 statement for May charges, requests need to be received 5 days before the 1st day of June. 

Please specify in the request whether these changes should be applied to certain charges or the entire Telecom Statement.
