Content Promotion for Digital Signs
This service enables you to submit a request to the UW Content Managers to run a promotion on the digital signs they maintain around campus.
Please be aware that submitting a request does not guarantee that your content will be played on digital signs by every Content Manager, or by any. By submitting a request, you make the content available for their access. The Content Managers will be contacted by email and alerted to the availability of your promotion and the dates when it will be applicable. The choice of whether or not to play your content on their digital signs is left to their discretion.
No commercial content will be accepted, but you are encouraged to promote UW-sponsored events.
