Introduction
If you have a general question regarding a specific department application (e.g. Blackboard, StarRez, CBORD, Schlage, Medicat, CardioPerfect, etc.) this will allow you to submit a support ticket.
These could include
- questions about patches or updates issued by the vendor
- interest in a new module or functionality supplied by the vendor
- data feeds with or between other applications
