Wyocast recordings remain on the Wyocast Catalog for 18 months from the time that they are recorded. Recordings older than 18 months will be deleted from the Wyocast server.
If a department wants to pay for a copy of its Wyocast recording(s) to be saved to a portable flash drive, the charge will vary depending on the size of the content and the size of the flash drive. An estimate will be provided and a billing authorization request will be emailed to your department’s billing coordinator.
