Introduction
With support across campus, the University of Wyoming was able to enter a campus agreement that allows all UW employees to access Adobe Creative Cloud. There is no longer any individual purchase needed for Adobe software. The only thing you need is your UW login information and you can access and install Adobe software. Employees can access Adobe Creative Cloud with the knowledge base article Installing Adobe Creative Cloud for Employees. If issues come up during the installation or utilization of, UWIT will provide support.
Procedure
Click the Request Help button and fill in details of the issue, including screenshots if possible. A UWIT staff member will contact you and schedule a time to look at the issue.
