Introduction
To request access to SAS JMP Pro v. 17, please fill out the request form located here: https://uwyo.teamdynamix.com/TDClient/Requests/ServiceDet?ID=9586

Procedure
- Go to GO and click Connect to Server
- Type smb://uwapps.uwyo.edu/SAS-JMPpro-v17$/Mac in the server address box and click Connect. *You will be prompted to put in your UW user name and password to access this share*
You may be prompted to confirm the connection to the UWAPPS server. Click Connect.
Fill in the authentication window with your UW username and password to authenticate as a registered user.
- Double click the file, jmppro__1700__mac.dmg, launch the drive image.
- Double click JMP Pro 17.pkg
- For the prompt: "'Installer' would like to access files on a network volume" - Click OK
- On the Introduction window click Continue.
- On the Installation Type window click Continue.
- On the second Installation Type window click Install. *You may be prompted to put in your computer’s username and password to perform this install*
Allow the install to proceed. It may take several minutes.
- When the install is complete click Close.
- SAS JMP must be licensed with a file. To perform that license activation, click the GO menu and click Connect to Server.
- Type smb://uwapps.uwyo.edu/SAS-JMPpro-v17$/License/JMP_Pro-Mac-License in the server address box and click Connect. *You may be prompted to put in your UW user name and password to access this share
- Drag the JMP170_9CWH68_70157431_OSX_X86-64.txt file to your Desktop.
- Press Command + Space (⌘+Space) to launch the Spotlight search, and search JMP Pro 17 and hit Return to open.
- JMP should automatically detect the license file and launch an additional, JMP Registration window. Click the option, Wait to Register.
