Supplier Lookup

Information

The supplier lookup report shows all of the active suppliers and their supplier information. This report is also located on the Procurement and Payment Services Website allowing suppliers to review their supplier information.

 

Navigating to the Report

  • Navigate to WyoCloud and click on the Reporting Table of Contents tile.

  • Once you have located the Table of Contents, click on the Supplier Lookup Report located under the Business Intelligence and Data Visualizations heading.

Note: This report is in Microsoft Power BI, please visit the Microsoft Power BI QRG for more information on navigating these reports.

 

Interpreting the Report

  • Using the filter on the top left of the report, you can search for and filter down to individual suppliers

  • The supplier information is then shown in the table below
