To Full Scan in Webroot:
1. Open the Webroot console (double click on the green W icon on your taskbar).
2. Click on the gear-wheel to the right of the PC Security tab.
3. In the next window, under the Scan & Shields tab, select Custom Scan.
4. You then have the option to select a Full scan.
