Adding a mailbox in Outlook Web Access

1. You will want to sign into Outlook Web Access with your username and password: https://uwmail.uwyo.edu/

2. Check out the top right corner of your OWA window. Beside your name will be a small black arrow. Click it and then select Open another mailbox…

3. A text box will appear asking you to enter the name of the mailbox you’d like to access. Type in the full mailbox name and hit enter on your keyboard. If you have typed in the address correctly, Outlook will find it and all you have to do is click open. (If you have not entered it correctly, a message saying No Match Found will appear.)

4. Your desired mailbox will now load and the new mailbox name will be displayed at the top right corner where your name was previously. To get back to your own inbox, simply repeat steps two and three.

Note: If you do not have permissions to view the mailbox you are trying to add, you will get a message that reads "Bad Request"
