Using the EN 3060 HP T795 Large Format Printer
Instructions
1. When printing to the plotter, be sure to select \\grail\EN 3060 HP T795 LFP ($1.25-sf)
2. Click “Properties”
3. Navigate to “Paper/Quality” tab, and click “Custom…” button.
4. Enter the Width and Length you need in this Window. You have to rename the Custom Paper Size before you can select OK after entering a new Width and Length. Entering a number after the word “Custom” in the Name field is sufficient, example: Custom1.
(Note: High Gloss Photo paper is 36” wide, Plain Bond Paper is 42” wide).
5. After changing the Name, Click Save. Click OK.
6. When you are returned to the Document Properties window, confirm that the page Orientation is set correctly and will maximize the printable area on the page. Click OK. Proceed with printing your document.
