Canvas has been unable to fix the sign-in issue occuring on Android devices when using the Canvas App from the Play Store. The issue will be fixed in the next app update; until then, please follow the directions below to add WyoCourses to the homepage on your Android device.
1. To create a shortcut on your Android device’s Home screen to WyoCourses, begin by opening the Google Chrome app.
2. In the URL bar, type uwyo.instructure.com and tap “Go”
3. On the UW login page, tap the three dots in the upper right hand corner of the browser
4. Tap “Add to Home screen”
5. Enter the name you would like for the shortcut and tap “Add”
6. Press the Home button on your phone, and you will see the shortcut in the first available space.
