How to Reactivate Duo Mobile on a New Phone

Introduction

If you have recently purchased a new phone and kept the same number, you will need to reinstall duo mobile and reactivate it. If you have a completely new number or cannot receive phone calls to two factor, please fill out the service form here.

Procedure

1. Go to https://wyoweb.uwyo.edu/ and click on email. Complete the first step of authentication with your username and password.

2. On the two factor page, select Other options.

3.Select Manage devices to reactive your Duo Mobile.

4. You will need to two factor to continue managing devices. You will need to choose Phone call.

5.You will see your phone listed there.  Click on the I have a new phone link.

6. You will get a window about your new phone.  Click Get started.

7. Install the Duo app on your new phone.  Click Next.

8. Scan the QR code with the Duo app.

 

Your Duo is now reactivated.
