How to report spam

Using old outlook

1. Open outlook application.

2. Select the email you want to report as spam/phishing.
3. In the top right on your utility bar select report message.

4. Select the category.

Using new outlook/ Online version

1. Open Outlook, it may show up as Outlook (new).

2. Right click on the message you want to report as spam/phishing and go down to the Report option.

3. Select the appropriate reporting option for the email.
