If emails are being filtered into the Junk folder incorrectly, the email address can be added to the safe senders list, so that it is not filtered into the Junk folder in the future.
- On the Home tab, tab the arrow on the Junk button. Click on the Junk Email Options...
- On the Safe Senders tab, click the Add button.
- Enter the email address that should not go to Junk and click OK.
- You will now see that address added to the safe senders list. Click Apply. Click OK.
That email address will not be filtered into Junk email any more.
