This report provides the total number of benefited and non-benefited employees in a department as of a particular date.
Navigate to WyoCloud and click on the Reporting Table of Contents tile.
On the left-hand side of the page, there are multiple parameters that may be put into place.
As of Date field: Complete the date that you would like to see the unduplicated employee headcount.
Note: The As of Date Field is the only mandatory field. For broad results, it is best to use only one of the three remaining fields.
Choose one of the following fields: Primary Assignment Department, Department Name, or Subdivision Name and click in the desired field box. Scroll to find the correct department or click Search…
Clicking Search… will open a large search box.
Type in the name of the desired department (1), or scroll to find it (2). Once you have found the correct department, click on it to highlight it. Use the arrows in the middle field to move the department to the Selected box (3).
Click OK (4).
From this screen, you can determine the number of benefited, non-benefited, and the total number of employees in the department with an active primary assignment..
To export the data to Excel, select the Gear Icon in the top right-hand corner. Click Export, and then click Excel (*.xlsx).
You may use the Browser’s back arrow to Go Back One Page and enter new information, or to return to the Reporting Table of Contents, Click on the down arrow within the Dashboard (1) and select Most Recent (Table of Contents) (2). You may also close the Browser Tab.
