Note: Because Android has many different versions produced by many different manufacturers your screen may not exactly reflect the screenshots below. The steps should be similar. Pulse Secure Setup Instructions
1. Begin by tapping on the “Play Store” icon

2. In the Play Store tap "Search"

3. Begin typing "Pulse Secure", you may tap the suggestion if it comes up.

4. Once you've found "Pulse Secure" by "Pulse Secure" tap “INSTALL"

5. The Play Store will prompt you to Accept the permissions required to run Pulse Secure. To download the App tap “ACCEPT"

6. Once installed, tap "OPEN"


8. Tap "Submit"

9. You will be prompted to name your connection and enter a username.
- Name: Is arbitrary, please choose something that will identify the connection as before the University of Wyoming. We chose WyoSecure.
- Username: is your UWyo username.
- Realm and Role should remain blank.

10. Tap “Add"

11. When prompted, enter your UWyo password and tap "Sign In"

12. Faculty & Staff Only - Android will prompt you to trust Pulse Secures Connection Request. Tap “OK"

Faculty and staff will be required to authenticate with Two Factor.
Disconnecting from Pulse Secure
When you're done, pressing "Disconnect" will end the VPN session.
