How to edit or update your phone number in the campus directory using the HCM portal on WyoWeb

The procedure for updating phone numbers for individuals listed in the campus directory is different from updating a Departmental Listing.

When updating your own personal phone number, open a web browser to the WyoWeb page: https://wyoweb.uwyo.edu

Under the WyoCloud column, select: Financial Management and HCM

Sign in with your university username and password.  If you are off-campus you may be required to approved the connection using Multi-factor authentication.

Once signed in, locate and open, Contact Info, located in the column of icons on the left side.

In the Communication section, review your current phone number(s).  If you need to make changes, click the "Pencil" button on the right.

Update the number then click Submit when complete.  If the number change is temporary, fill out the, From Date" and "To Date".  Otherwise verify the "From Date" and leave the To Date field as the default notation.  Changes may take 24 hours to synchronize.
