When placing calls from Microsoft Teams, you no longer need to dial 9 to place calls off of campus. Dialing from Teams should work similar to dialing through your mobile phone.
There are several different methods in which you can initiate calls from Teams. These methods are listed below, and if clicked on, will take you to detailed instructions on the process.
Mobile Device:
- Start a call from a chat on your mobile device
- Start a call using the dial pad on your mobile device
Desktop/Laptop:
- Start a call from a chat on your desktop/laptop
- Start a call using the dial pad on your desktop/laptop
