Can I use Teams phone services on my computer and a mobile device?

Yes, you can use Teams phone services on any device application you are signed into. 

Why can't I receive calls on my mobile device through Teams?

Before calls can come into your Teams account, please be sure you have a service number assigned to your account, you can verify by contacting the Telecom Help Desk at 766-4357, option 3 or emailing Teldesk@uwyo.edu. If you have a service number assigned to your account, please log out of Teams on your device, and log back in and see if the issue is resolved. If the issue has not resolved, please contact Teldesk for further assistance. 

Why am I unable to call out from Teams?

If you are unable to place a call from Teams, please be sure you have a service number assigned to your account, you can verify by contacting the Telecom Help Desk at 766-4357, option 3 or emailing Teldesk@uwyo.edu. If you have a service number assigned to your account, you may not have the calling capabilities needed for the number you are trying to dial, or dialing the number incorrectly. If you need assistance with dialing out, please see the Teams calling page, or contact Teldesk for further assistance. 

Can I forward my phone to voicemail from the application?

Yes, if you would like your line to go direct to voicemail, you can select to forward your calls to voicemail through the application. To get more information on voicemail and forwarding, please see the voicemail information page.
