Student Profiles

Below you will find instructions on accessing your Academic Profile.

1. From WyoWeb, log into the Students section of WyoRecords.

2. Depending on your checklist items, you may need to scroll down.  Under the Menu header, click Student Records.  Then click Academic Profile.

3. This is the Student Profile page.
   1. Across the top, you can select the term you want to look at and see your current standing, overall hours, and overall GPA.  On the right hand, you can see registration notices and holds. 
   2. On the left-hand side of the screen, you can see your WyoOne ID picture, if your account is confidential or not, and your name in Banner.  Below this, you will see several navigation options that will take you to other pages.
   3. In the center section, you'll see personal information, such as class status, student type, residency, graduation information, and your advisors.  
   4. Under the Curriculum, Hours & GPA section, you will see three different options, Primary, Secondary, and Hours & GPA.  These are to view your Primary degree information, Secondary degree information, or total hours and GPA.
   5. Down below that section you will see your registered courses.

4. You can also access this by clicking the squares in the corner, WyoRecords, Student Records, and then Academic Profile.
