Installing Zscaler on an Android Phone/iPhone

Instructions for installing Zscaler VPN on an Android/Iphone

1. Open the Google Play store and search for Zscaler Client Connector, tap Install

2. Once its installed, open the app and use your UW Credentials to login

3. It will take you to a Wyologin screen, log in again using your UW credentials

4. Accept the Connection Request notification

5. It will now be actively connected, to turn off the connection tap Turn Off

1. Click on the App Store application.

2. Search for Zscaler and click on the option named Zscaler Client Connector. Click Get.

3. When prompted by the App Store asking whether you would like to install Zscaler, click Install.

4. Click on the Zscaler app after it installs.

5. Type your UW username (with @uwyo.edu included).

6. You will be brought to the WyoLogin page. Enter your UW username and password and click Logon.

7. For the prompt to allow Zscaler to add a VPN configuration, click Allow. 

You will be prompted to enter your passcode before adding the VPN configuration. Enter your passcode.

8. Zscaler will prompt you asking if you would like to receive notifications. Select whichever you prefer.

9. It will now be actively connected, to turn off the connection tap Turn Off.
