Adobe Acrobat Express is available for all UW students. Adobe Acrobat Express is a group of Adobe products that meets a wide variety of student needs.
Here are the products included in Adobe Express:
- Adobe Acrobat Desktop
- Adobe Express
- Photoshop Express
- Premiere Rush
- Adobe Spark Page
- Adobe Spark Video
- Adobe Firefly
- Adobe Portfolio
Below are the steps to access and install Adobe Acrobat Express.
- Go to the Adobe page: https://www.adobe.com/apps/
- Enter your UW email address in the email address field and click Continue. This does need to be your full UW email address, not your username.
- If you get a question to choose the account type, choose Company or School Account.
You will get to the WyoLogin screen and you can log in with your normal UW username and password. If you have already logged into the Wyo Login for another program, you may not see it here. You do not need to enter your email address on the WyoLogin. If you are off campus, you may need to complete two factor authentication.
- You will get a screen where you can select what you would like to use Express for. You can select options or you can just click Done.
- Once you are logged in, click the Apps button on the left side menu.
- On the Apps screen, you have options to open some programs that run online, like Express and Firefly. You can also download programs that will be installed on your computer, like Acrobat and Adobe Express Photos. You do not have to download any specific program, but below are the instructions if you download and install Acrobat.
- Click the Download button. The install file will download.
- Enter an admin password to install Acrobat on your computer. Click Continue.
- While the software is installing, there will be questions from Adobe that you can answer or skip.
- When the installation is complete, Acrobat will open.
