In spring of 2026, UW entered a new Adobe agreement that allowed for expanded access to Adobe products. With the change of agreement, UW accounts moved to logging in on the WyoLogin page as well. Once accounts moved to the new agreement, there are some differences in the login process that are clarified below.
If you have Adobe products that you have been logged into, please log out of your Adobe account. Log out, by clicking on the account icon in the upper right hand corner and clicking Sign Out. The next prompt is asking if you want to log out of all devices that might be logged into the Adobe account. That does need to be done for the first login in the new agreement, so click Sign out.


Once the account is logged out, the new log in can be started.
- When the Adobe application is opened, it will have the log in page. Enter your UW email address and click Continue.

- For the account type, select Company or School Account.

- This will open the Wyo Login page. Use your normal UW email account and password. This could be different than the password you used with your Adobe ID.

- Complete two factor authentication if needed.
- It may take a minute to load. The home tab that loads first should show previous utilized files.
- From the Apps tab, you can open applications that you already have installed or download applications that you haven't installed yet.
