MedicatOne - Connect from off campus with Ivanti Secure Access MDM Client in Wyosecure

NOTE-IMPORTANT-PLEASE READ BEFORE PROCEEDING!

In order to install Ivanti MDM and MedicatOne on client computers, the following criteria must be met:

• Intune imaged and encrypted
• Member of DEPT_Sports Medicine
• Member of MedicatUsers
• ACL and firewall permission by building (either HAPC or FieldHouse)
• Medicat user account - assigned by K Smoot

1. In the lower left-hand corner of your system tray, click on the up arrow
   
    
2. Find the Ivanti Secure Access Client
   
    
3. Click on the icon and select "Open Ivanti Secure Access Client."
   
    
4. Click "Connect" on the Wyosecure MDM under Compliance
   
    
5. Ensure the selected certificate is the one with the lengthy string of text. Click "Connect"
   
    
6. When the Wyo Login screen appears, enter your username and password (just as you would when logging into your work computer). Click "Logon"
   
   
    
7. Once the Wyosecure MDM indicates that it is connected, open your browser.
   
8. Enter "medicatone.com" in the browser URL (Address) field and press "Return"
   
    
9. Click the "SSO" icon
   
    
10. Enter "1529" as the TenantID and click on "Apply"
    
     
11. The first time you log in with the SSO, the InCommon page will appear. You must indicate which institution you are with.
    
     
12. Type in "University of Wyoming" (don't search for it, the list is incredibly long) and ensure the box for "Remember this choice" is checked. Press Enter when ready.
    
     
13. Stressing one more time to mark the box that says "Remember this choice". It will save you from frustration later.  Click "University of Wyoming uwyo.edu"
    
     
14. You may or may not have to log into the Wyo Login page again. This may be a once-a-day login. Log in once, and the rest of the day, it shouldn't repeat.
    
     
15. You are now in MedicatOne (M1)
