Introduction

The UWStudent Mobile printing service provides users with the ability to print documents through the Android Everyone Print App. The Mobile printing service is connected the UWStudent print monitoring solution, so charges to print are deducted from a student's print balance account.

Note: This service is only available on campus and you must be connected to the UWyo wireless or a hardwired connection.

Procedure

1. Installation
    
   1. Download the EveryonePrint app in the Google Play store.
      Note: The easiest way to find the app is to search for "everyoneprint."
      
      
      
       
   2. Launch EveryonePrint from your home screen by tapping the EveryonePrint icon.
      
      
   3. You will receive a warning "No Gateway is configured yet." Click OK.
      
      
      
       
   4. This will bring you to the Gateway details screen. For Host enter grail.uwyo.edu and for Port enter 9444. Click Save. 
      
      
      
       
   5. You will receive another warning stating "The currently configured EveryonePrint print behavior requires you to register." Click OK.
      
      
      
       
   6. Enter your WyoWeb (UW) username and password and click Register.
      
      
      
       
2. Using the App (there are two options for using the Android version of EveryonePrint)
    
   1. Printing from the EveryonePrint app
       
      1. Choose Pick file to print from the print EveryonePrint app in the lower right-hand corner.
         
         
         
          
      2. A file manager will appear and you'll be able to choose a folder and then a file that you would like to print.
         
         
         
          
      3. Choose the printer that you would like to print to.
         
         
         
          
      4. Printing document will display, and then confirmation of printing.
         
         
         
          
   1. Printing by Sharing to EveryonePrint app
       
      1. Open an app that you wish to print from, for example, a web browser. Click the extended menu icon and then Share page. In some apps share icon may be the shortcut for sharing.
         
         
         
          
      2. This will open a menu of apps that you can share to. Click on EveryonePrint.
         
         
         
          
      3. EveryonePrint will open and immediately ask you to choose your printer. Choose the printer that you would like to print to.
         
         
         
          
      4. Printing document will display, and then confirmation of printing.
