Creating Registration Fees for the Upcoming 4-H Year

This process needs to take place before rollover (11:00 pm on September 30th). If you have fees for both youth and adult, remember to make separate entries. If you choose the “all” option, it will not work.

 

  1. Log into your Manager Account.
  2. Click the Finances tab. 
  3. Click on the Invoice Items icon.
  4. Click on the Quick Setup

      5.  In most cases, you will be setting a countywide 4-H Year Registration. Enter your desired rate in the corresponding column and press Save.

      6.  Click on the Invoice Items icon.
      7.  Click on Edit.

      8.  Enter the Item Name.

       9.  Choose the appropriate Role.
     10.  Enter an Auto Create Start and End Date.
     11.  Press Save.
     12.  Complete the steps 4-12 if you have registration fees for your adult volunteers.
