How to reactivate Duo Mobile

Introduction

If you have recently purchased a new phone and kept the same number, you will need to reinstall duo mobile and reactivate it. 

Procedure

1. Go to wyosecure.uwyo.edu

2. A notification will appear saying it sent a duo push to your phone. Click cancel and select My Settings & Devices.

3.You will need to choose Call Me or Enter A Passcode.

4.Once logged in select Reactivate Duo Mobile.

5.Select which device you have. For this example we selected android. 

6. Follow the on-screen instructions for adding an account. On Duo Mobile app, make sure that you have given the app permission to use your camera.  Scan the QR Code
