CBord Printing Error

Sometimes when printing from CBord, you may encounter an error: "The following functions are on and cannot be used in current environment or applications. Remove white background?"

Procedure

In order to resolve this error message, follow the steps below:

1. Click on Start button.

2. Select Devices and Printers

3. Right-click on KM printer and choose Printing preferences

4. Click the Other tab

5. Click "Remove White Background" to uncheck the box

6. Click on Apply then OK button
