Transfer Staff or Administrative Performance Evaluations

This guide details the steps for completing this process using Supervisor/Manager WyoCloud access.  Note: If you do not see the features described in this guide, your assigned WyoCloud training is likely incomplete.  This training is available within WyoCloud under My Profile > Learning & Development > Learning Catalog > Search.

Note: Employees who have a change of supervisor due to transfer or change in supervisors should be evaluated by the new supervisor, with the previous supervisor added as a collaborator to the evaluation.  If the previous supervisor is unavailable, please add the second-level supervisor in their place.  Please contact the previous supervisor or second-level supervisor to let them know they are being added as a collaborator.

Note: Employees who have a change of supervisor at the very end of the year, or beginning of the next annual review period, should transfer the evaluation to the previous supervisor, if available, or the previous second-level supervisor to allow them to complete the evaluation for the annual review period.

Step One

Navigate to Performance

  • After logging in to WyoCloud, select My Team/ Performance and then locate the applicable evaluation for Transfer.

 

Step Two

Current Supervisor Transfers an Employee Evaluation to Previous Supervisor

  • Select the menu represented by three dots on the right side of the applicable evaluation. Then select Transfer Document.

  • Type in the name of the supervisor the evaluation should be transferred to and select the name when it appears
  • Then select Transfer.

  • The evaluation will transfer to the selected supervisor and appear under their Evaluate Performance page.
  • Please email or call the individual to whom the evaluation is being transferred so they are aware of the transfer and know to look for the transfer.
