Introduction
This guide is for showing how to restore files to your OneDrive that were previously removed from it. Files in your recycle bin can be restored, but any files that have been deleted out of your recycle bin are permanently gone.
Procedure
1. Sign in to your OneDrive through the web (you can use this link: https://onedrive.live.com/login to do so). If you are looking for your university OneDrive, then you should input your UW account credentials, otherwise, use whichever account credentials you like.
2. Once logged in, locate the Recycle Bin at the left-hand side of the page and click it.

3. In the Recycle Bin, you will have a list of all files that have been removed from your OneDrive. Right-click whichever file you want back.

4. After right-clicking a file, select Restore to return the file to your OneDrive again. The file will return to it's original file location in OneDrive.
