Review My Employee Benefits

Please note that all employee benefits are selected outside of WyoCloud. Information regarding employee benefits available within WyoCloud is for review purposes only.

New benefited employees are required to attend the New Benefited Employee Orientation for essential information concerning UW benefit options and enrollment instructions.

Step One
- After logging in to WyoCloud, click on My Benefits, located under Quick Actions on the left-hand side of the My Profile module.

Step Two
- After clicking on My Benefits, the My Benefits page will display.
- To review your current employee benefit selections, click on Active Employee Benefits located under Select a Benefit.

- After clicking on Active Employee Benefits, a summary of your employee Medical, Dental, Life, Vision, and Disability Plans will display along with the Total Cost of Each Per Pay Period.
- To view additional plan details, click on the arrow on the right-hand side of each section.
- Please note that all dependents are managed outside of WyoCloud, and will, therefore, not be listed in the system.

- To review your current employee retirement information, return to the My Benefits page, and click on Retirement & Pension Plans located under Select a Benefit.

- After clicking on Retirement & Pension Plans, a summary of your employee retirement selections will display along with the Total Cost of Each Per Pay Period, which represents the percentage allocated from your paycheck.
- To view additional plan details, click on the arrow on the right-hand side of the section.
- Please note that this example shows WRS Retirement as the employee’s selected plan.
