This guide will cover reviewing your Employment Info, including:

 

Step One

Personal Information Application                                                                                   

  • After logging in to WyoCloud, click on the Navigation Menu designated by the 3-horizontal lines in the upper left-hand corner.

  • Click on the arrow next to the My Profile module.

  • Click on the Personal Information application.

Step Two

Employment Information Tile

  • Once in the Personal Information application, click on the Employment Info tile.

  • The Employment Info page contains pertinent details regarding your employment position(s) at UW.
    • If you have more than one assignment on campus, a drop-down arrow will appear within the Business Title section allowing you to view employment information related to your different positions.
    • Please note that the drop-down arrow will not appear if you only have one current employment position on campus.

Step Three

Assignment(s)

  • In the Assignment section, you can view important information regarding your employment position(s), including the Assignment Number, Position Title, Worker Category, Assignment Category, Department, and Pay Grade.
  • You can also identify if this is your Primary Assignment in Primary Work Relationship for those employees with multiple active positions across campus.
  • In the Manager section, your supervisor of record in WyoCloud will be listed.

In WyoCloud, you cannot update your employment assignment details. However, please review the information for accuracy. Contact the Human Resources Department at recruit@uwyo.edu if you should need any assistance.

Step Four

Seniority Dates

  • In the Seniority Dates section, you can view important information regarding your Worker Seniority Date or initial hire date at UW. 
  • You can also identify your Length of Service or tenure as a UW employee.
    • Please note, however, that this total service calculation is not used to determine benefit options as breaks in employment might not be recorded.

Step Five

Employment History

  • In the Employment History section, you can view all position updates for this assignment.
    • This includes any assignment changes, manager changes, salary changes, hire dates, etc.

Step Six

Compensation Details

  • In the Salary and Additional Compensation sections, you can view details regarding your payroll information.
