To access your spam-quarantined messages in the spam quarantine

Specify the following URL in a web browser: https://security.microsoft.com/quarantine?rfr=OfficeScc

On the sign in page, specify your valid Office 365 user ID and password.
After you’ve signed in and been authenticated, you’ll be on the Home screen.
- Click the down arrow for Threat management and then Review.
- Click on the Quarantine box.
By default, spam-quarantined messages are sorted from newest to oldest on the RECEIVED field. SENDER, SUBJECT, and EXPIRES values are also listed for each message. You can sort on any of these fields by clicking their headers. Clicking a column header a second time will reverse the sort order. A maximum of 500 messages can be displayed spam quarantine.
Use advanced search to filter and locate quarantined messages
You can filter your own spam-quarantined items based on several different conditions using advanced search. You can use these conditions separately or in combination with one another. The search will provide a list of messages that meet all your filter criteria.

Click on the down arrow my message ID to select a different item to search on. Type the ID, email address, or subject that you want to find. Click the round arrow to run the search.

You can also click the Filter button and then you can select filters for when messages with expire, when a message was recieved, or why a message was quarantineed. These filters will take effect as they are selected.
View details about a specific quarantined message
After locating a specific quarantined message, you can view details about it.

In the spam quarantine, select a specific message and a summary of the properties of that message appear in the details pane on the right side of the screen.
From this screen, you can click the Preview message button to see what the message would look like in your email.
Release a spam-quarantined message
After finding a spam-quarantined message, you can release the message to your inbox. When a message is released to your inbox, the service re-scans the released message for malware but skips spam filtering.
You can also optionally report the message as ‘not junk’ (also known as a false positive message) to the Microsoft Spam Analysis team, who will evaluate and analyze the message. Depending on the results of the analysis, the service-wide spam content filter rules may be adjusted to allow the message through.

Select a message, click the Release Message button.

The check box for Report message to Microsoft for analysis is checked by default and this will send the message to Microsoft to review and see if this message should not be quarantined in the future. Leaving this checked will not guarentee that these messages will not be quarentineed in the future, so if you want that you should add the sender to your safe sender list. You can uncheck this option if you want. Then click the Release message button.
- The message will then be delivered to your inbox.
