Whitelist and Blacklist email accounts through Outlook Web Access

The procedure to Whitelist or Blacklist Email Accounts 

First, log in to Outlook Web App to get started.

Whitelist procedure (specifically allow emails from specified senders):

1.Open the Settings menu (gear icon in upper right-hand corner):

2.In the menu that opens below, enter "block" or "allow" - either returns the same result:

3. Click on the "Block or allow" link.

4. In the resulting screen, enter the email address you wish to white-list in the Safe Senders and Recipients section, and then click the + sign to add it to the list:

5. Save your changes:

6. You are done! To finish and return to your Outlook Inbox, click the Options link in the upper left hand corner:

 

Blacklist procedure (specifically block emails from specified senders):

2. In the menu that opens below, enter "blocked" or "allow" - either returns the same result:

3. Click on the "Block or allow" link.

4. In the resulting screen, enter the email address you wish to block in the Blocked Senders and domains section, and then click the + sign to add it to the list:
