In this article, we provide you with several ways to access your Outlook webmail as well as how to find and launch Office 365 online applications, like Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and others.

4. What do the Web Applications look like?
Step 1: In a web browser (i.e., Google Chrome, FireFox, Microsoft Edge, etc...) and enter "wyoweb.uwyo.edu"
OR, please follow this link here, it will direct you to "wyoweb.uwyo.edu"
- Select "Email", the grey icon with an envelope, as shown in the image below.

Step 2: This will then direct you to our UW sign-in page. Here you will enter your UW Username and Password, then click 'Logon'

Step 3: Please select "Yes" for this to stay signed in.

Step 4: You will now be directed to your UWYO email (Outlook Webmail). To view your other Web-based applications, like Word, Excel, and Powerpoint, proceed to Step 5.

Step 5: Click on the 3x3 dot grid or "App Launcher" located at the top left of your Outlook webmail.

Step 6. This will open a drop-down menu providing common web applications. To open an application, click-on Icon for desired web application.

Step 1: In a web browser (i.e., Google Chrome, FireFox, Microsoft Edge, etc...) and enter "outlook.com"
OR, please follow this link here, it will direct you to "Outlook.com"

Step 2: In "outlook.com" you will be presented by the following screen. You will need to select "Sign-In"

Step 3: After clicking "Sign-In" you will be presented with a Microsoft log-in page. You will enter your full UW Email address..
- Following the photo provided: Please replace "UW-Username" with your UW-Username and keep the "@uwyo.edu" at the end

Step 4: This will then direct you to our UW sign-in page. Here you will enter your UW Username and Password, then click 'Logon'

Step 5: Please select "Yes" for this to stay signed in.

Step 6: You will now be directed to your UWYO email (Outlook Webmail). To view your other Web-based applications, like Word, Excel, and Powerpoint, proceed to Step 7.

Step 2: In "office.com" you will be presented by the following screen. You will need to select "Sign-In"

Step 3: After clicking "Sign-In" you will be presented with a Microsoft log-in page. You will enter your full UW Email address.
- Following the photo provided: Please replace "UW-Username" with your UW-Username and keep the "@uwyo.edu" at the end

Step 4: This will then direct you to our UW sign-in page. Here you will enter your UW Username and Password, then click 'Logon'

Step 5: Please select "Yes" for this to stay signed in.

Step 6: You will now be directed to your Co-pilot Chat. This may look confusing but don't worry!
- Ensure that your "Navigation" is expanded, you will know it is if your screen looks similar to the photo provided.
- Once your navigation is expanded, at the bottom of your list you should see the option "Apps". Please click on "Apps".

Step 7: Once you navigate you "Apps", at the very top you should see a section named "Apps".
- You will just need to select which web application you would like to access by clicking on the respective box/icon. Then it will direct you to desired resource.
